Riga Trip

48 hours trip to Riga and back at the weekend. Officially a booze cruise!
Funny to look pictures of the trip on facebook. We were at same places, we experienced same things but every person had his/her own photographer eye and each album can characterize the person who pushed the trigger button.
So here is my characterization:
Aand the booze cruise'd begun! We just left the sunny Stockholm

Running Dinner

The concept is: eat each course at other place.
54 participants, 27 teams, 27 different kitchen, 13 nationality and a lot of funnn!

My partner was Nina and our team was the most retarded! Seriously! I need glutenfree, lactose free food and Nina is vegetarian. Oh and we cooked the main course! But there was no complication at all.
It was really a running dinner. We barely had time to eat the food, travel to the other part of the city, bake our half prapared stuffed vegies, eat, clean, go to the dessert place.
We had the dessert at Racka 10 what was the final destination for all groups for afterparty.
We were in such a hurry that only take a few pictures. If I manage to get the picture of our course and company from Nina I will post it too! ;)

Starter at Bettinas place. Gluten and lactose free, vegetarian and delllicious!!

Our company: Nina (DE), Meri (FI), Guillaume (FR), Jack (US), Bettina (DE), me (HU)

Dessert at Racka 10: Ilona and 3 friends (FI), Sarka (CZ), Markus (A), Nina (DE)

I saw him on my way back home.. Sooo sad

Uni trip

Study visit in Lantmännen pasta and breakfast cereal factory.
It was a lot of fun! Two hours bus drive, boring presentations, but than gorgeous lunch in the mensa, long factory walk, fika (with glutenfree cookie!!) and Axa havre flakes as a present!

Fasten your seatbelt! Otherwise 500 SEK punishment.. Swedes take everything so serious
Tremendous stairway...

 Running pasta boxes

Huge Almondy boxes <3
Swedish, delicious and glutenfree. Best cakes ever!!

Uni-time

Well, I spent quite a lot of time at the university last week due to the exam and project work so I consider it my duty to post some pictures.

A rainy day 3 weeks ago, when we still had some snow.

Full fire protection. Shower in case of fire, small sinks in case of chemical eye injury, light reflecting stripes on the pillars.

One of the labs. Comfortable chairs for efficient work.

The lobby of BioCentrum building. Fluffy rug, bucket-seat...

Studiing on Saturday evening in the universitys library

A kind of dinning room. A bunch of microwaves, sink, fridge only for students convenience. Just bring your food from home, heat it, eat it, clean it. I like it!

Another dining room with panorama view.

Just a Thursday evening

Woke up early, did the loundry, had a discussion about the project work, did the shopping, cooked some food, cycled to the city, had a glas of wine with friends while watching Bayern-Basel soccer match, watch Josef going crazy at each goal (Bayern won with 7:0 so we had pretty good time), and finally cycle back home and pass out like a baby.

Yesss we are all girls and totally Bayern fans!
Imke, Bettina, Nina, Teatske, Andrea, me
Thanks Josef and his shitty camera for the pic.

When the Sun goes down in Uppsala

Sunny Sunday again so I went for a little walk. This time only my camera was my company so I could concentrate on photography.

I know this is a quite flat picture, but I was so impressed with the green glittering on the lenses and I had no time to search for nice plants in the forefront (actually there was nothing else just dead leaves, twigs and some moss). Maybe later when some flowers blooming I'll go back..

Yes this is a quite nice hill with my favourites, european black pine (Pinus nigra). Lovely place with lovely sunsets.
Would be even lovelier to share this view with someone.
